Financials Myruddyvoice.com will never store any financial information such as credit card details, banks details, bank addresses or financial institution information. All prices on this website include VAT at the current standard rate.
Refunds If the purchaser feels that the recorded quality of either Personalised messages or Whatever You Want messages does not meet their satisfaction, myruddyvoice.com will endeavour to re-record the message for the purchaser (and with exactly the same script) to meet their satisfaction. The purchaser will not be able to take advantage of this re-record option if they wish the script to be changed - it is up to the purchaser to be happy with their script at the time of purchase.
Personalised Recording All Personalised Stuff or Whatever You Want audio-clips will be recorded personally by Peter Dickson, and will not be concatenated, rather, each clip will be individually recorded as one whole phrase, as described by the selected script, or the approved script.
At the time of purchase an “estimated time for delivery” is given to the user as a rough guide to how long it will take Peter to record the messages, for the messages to be post-produced for the correct medium and then distributed to the purchaser. This estimation is only a guide to the user and myruddyvoice.com do not guarantee to supply the personally recorded clip within this date.
Due to Peter’s very creative nature, Peter will often ad-lib slightly around certain scripts, either to make them more humorous or to make them ‘read’ better. Myruddyvoice.com does not guarantee that every script will be adhered to 100% word for word. However if the purchaser is not happy with the end result, please see the terms under the heading Refunds.
Approval and Rejection of Whatever You Want scripts. Myruddyvoice.com has an approval/rejection process for all Whatever You Want scripts submitted by all purchasers. In most cases the scripts will be approved. However, myruddyvoice.com reserve the right to reject any scripts which have sexist, racist or unfit content (such as swearing), any content which contains protected or copyrighted trademarks, any content which contains commercial advertising, any defamatory content or anything that shall be deemed to have a negative association with Peter Dickson Ltd, My Ruddy Voice or High Score Productions Ltd. In the case of a rejected script, the customer will be entitled to a full refund on request, or to edit resubmit the script for approval.
Legal Liability Myruddyvoice.com accepts no liability for any legal proceedings associated with any Whatever You Want or Personalised scripts supplied by the purchaser – The scripts are deemed to be created by the customer and are not the creation, nor copyright, nor intellectual property of myruddyvoice.com, Peter Dickson Ltd or High Score Productions Ltd.
Security & Data Protection Myruddyvoice.com is protected by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Any information you pass to myruddyvoice.com such as address, telephone, names emails etc are protected by this encryption. The SSL Certificate has been provided by Thawte.com which is a recognised and approved industry leader in encryption.
Any passwords entered on this site are also stored in an encrypted manner in the myruddyvoice.com database (which is secured).
